VILA PENDEZA

Idea project for a luxury family villa with a swimming pool.

Project assignment:

Design that will be modern but also stand out from the rest of the houses in the neighborhood.
Garage, open space living area with kitchen and tavern on the ground floor, and one master bedroom and three bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the first floor.

Mission accomplished:

A villa was designed that does not only have decor on the facade, but its identity can also be read in the floor plan.
Glass walls and windows are drawn into the interior like a funnel.
This frames the view and creates living niches in the outdoor space.
Interior and exterior lose their border by opening the glass wall, because the wooden covering of the slope enhances the impression of the interior.
The sleeping area on the first floor has been given space for socializing as an anteroom
room : : a private living room that inseparably communicates with the loggia and the staircase.
